Returns, made simple.

Items must be unused, unopened and in their original cellophane and presentation packaging. Opened fragrance generally cannot be returned. Purchased samples that remain sealed may be cancelled like other goods. Personalised items may be excluded as provided by law. Complimentary samples included with an order should be returned unused if you cancel.

Write to us with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will send instructions appropriate to your location.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice and, where goods must come back, the returned goods. A statutory cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower) may be deducted unless the cancellation is due to a defect or non-conformity. Return shipping for a change-of-mind cancellation is paid by the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, photograph the parcel and contents and contact us as soon as possible. Statutory rights for defective goods are not limited to a short notice window. We will repair, replace or refund as required by law.
