Please note
UPS makes up to 3 delivery attempts to the customer's address (home/office delivery).
If the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the delivery address is not within UPS's service area, the package will be returned to The Perfume Room after three delivery attempts.
If the shipment is returned under these circumstances, the customer will be charged a return fee equal to the shipping cost listed above, and a resend fee equal to the shipping cost listed above, regardless of the original purchase amount.
If you cancel after the package is returned to us, within 14 days of receiving the goods or the disclosure document (whichever is later), a cancellation fee of 5% of the purchase amount (but no more than ₪100.00) will be deducted from the refund, in accordance with the law.
In addition, the following will also be deducted from the refund:
- Original shipping cost to home/office (if the customer received free shipping).
- Return shipping cost, both equal to the rates listed above.
Fragrance in transit
Because fragrance is classed as a restricted item, certain destinations and expedited air services may be unavailable. We will contact you promptly if your order is affected.
